✨Feel the MAGIC✨
So often we feel defeated, depleted, and undervalued. These are the moments we start locking ourselves into a room that feels dark and empty. However, light is literally EVERYWHERE. The NOW can be magical, sparkly, and bright; IF we allow that to be. Finding stillness, using the power of meditation, is what will give us healing and enlightenment. It gives us answers to how we can serve others while staying grounded and balanced. We do not have to deny the challenging circumstances, rather, we can add a little magic, so they feel more manageable and comprehensible. It is important to get beyond the analytical mind and tap into the subconscious mind. Slowing down our brain waves can help us to move out of the conscious mind into the operating system, where we can reprogram ourselves. No longer do we have to live in constant fear, rather acknowledging and feeling it and instead, finding thoughts and emotions that empower us, e.g.,
I AM WORTHY. I AM ENOUGH. I AM LOVED.
