What is next?!

This question can be either anticipated with anxiety or curiosity. When we tap into the unknown, we may not have ‘control’, which is an illusion regardless, but we have a chance to grow and succeed. When we trust the universe wholeheartedly, it will take care of us. The more we can let go of stigma, labels, judgment; the more we embrace love, success, and health.
During these unknown and stressful times, it is essential to come back to our roots and get grounded. Feel the soil, smell flowers, observe insects, taste herbs, and hear birds. Nature is there to heal and protect you. So often, we have forgotten to be human and rather choose enclosed places like a house, stare at screens and listen to frequencies on our headphones.
Connect with nature and animals and your body can heal.

When you feel anxiety, connect and ground; so you can be curious about the unknown again.
