Capturing the moment

The moment. It is here. It is now. Our task is to allow ourselves to absorb it. That, however, could be the toughest part. It can feel like a real unbearable struggle to just sit and be. True healing only happens in the moment. Sadly, our surrounding has become a non-stop flashy circus. It has been getting harder and harder for us humans to just breathe and feel. Our mind has been overwhelmed with unnecessary and overbearing information input. As much as we love having this ‘advanced’ technological life, many humans have become desensitized, unpresent, and void of happiness.
Use your mind’s eye to sense your breathing, the actual length, texture, strength of your inhales and exhales. Let that awareness build up over time. Your moment is there for you. It is waiting for you to be captured. Let your breath and focus collaborate to help you embrace these irreplaceable moments.
Be patient and kind with yourself as you commit to finding your moments.
