Be a compassionate being

So many of us are enduring an extra load of challenges during this pandemic. What matters right now is to tap into our own heart space and reconnect with ourselves. All the chatter and narration in our heads are lowering our frequency. It is important to step away from constant updates of what is going on in the world. Yes, stay informed but also give yourself a break to breathe. Especially now. Another year has started and not a lot has changed for so many people, including myself - lockdown, unemployment, delay of vaccines, social distancing. Luckily, the ones who have the ability to use the internet, have a chance to reconnect with their loved ones.
Let us take a moment and think of the ones who have little to no access to basic things like clean water, electricity, a warm bed, a job, health insurance, or a home.

Place your hands onto your heart. ♥️
Inhale - feel the love.
Exhale - spread the love with open arms.

Everything starts within yourself.
Feel compassion for yourself first, so you can feel unconditional love for EVERY being in your surrounding.
